Children's Time

During School Terms (except the last Sunday of the month), Children's Time is held in the Parish Centre at the 9:30am service. Children participate in a range of age-related activities, based on a Bible story or theme. Parents and carers may wish to attend with their children.

During School Holidays, a range of activity sheets are available for children to use at the back of the church. ( Children's holiday programmes and other activities are here.)

Areas at the back of the church are available where children can gather on Sundays before going to "Children's Time". The area displays some of the fabulous art work the children create during "Children's Time". A Baby and Toddler Haven is also available. A loud speaker in the room allows the service to still be heard.

"Jesus said: Let the children come to me."

Information for Parents & Carers

Children of all ages are welcome to join Children's Time during the 9:30am service in the Parish Centre. Please access the Parish Centre via the glass doors (on the left hand side at the front of the church). You will be invited to do this, usually five minutes into the service, and then the children will return through the main doors before Holy Communion.

Alternatively, children are welcome to remain in the church with their parents, or may use the children's area at the back of the church. If you have upper primary aged children, consider sitting in the front pews so they can see easily.

For those who wish to use it, there is a "Baby and Toddler Haven" at the back of the church. The room has a loud-speaker so that the service can still be heard.
